Shipping policy

1. Processing Times

Orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days after your order is placed. This does not include weekends or holidays. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

During high-volume drops or special releases, processing may take a bit longer. We appreciate your patience.

2. Shipping Methods and Rates

We offer standard shipping through trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, or DHL.

Domestic (US) Shipping:

  • Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 business days

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight

International Shipping:

  • Delivery times vary by country

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout

  • Customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or import taxes charged by their country

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking info to update.

If your tracking hasn’t updated after a few days, or if you believe your package is lost, email us at wearetrekboys@gmail.com and we’ll help out.

4. Shipping Delays

We Are Trek Boys is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs. Once your package is in transit, it is out of our control — but we’ll always do our best to help if something goes wrong.

5. Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If the address is incorrect and your order is returned or lost, you may need to pay for reshipping.

6. Missing or Stolen Packages

If your tracking says “Delivered” but you didn’t receive your package:

  • Double-check with neighbors, leasing offices, or building management

  • Wait 24 hours — sometimes carriers mark it as delivered early

  • If still missing, reach out to us and we’ll work with you to file a claim

We Are Trek Boys is not responsible for stolen packages but we’ll do what we can to support you.
